[Edaily reporter Ha-yeon Shin] Global aesthetic medical device manufacturer TENTECH announced on the 11th that it was awarded the Presidential Commendation at the ‘2025 Venture and Startup Promotion Merit Awards’ ceremony held at the Grand Ballroom Hall at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul on the 10th.

The event, hosted and organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Venture Business Association, is the Korea’s highest award for recognizing and encouraging venture companies with outstanding technological and managerial innovation capabilities, strong external competitiveness, high business ethics, and social contribution. TENTECH was honored with the award in recognition of its innovative technology development and outstanding achievements in pioneering global markets.
Since its establishment in 2014, TENTECH has been leading the aesthetic medical device market through continuous research and development. In particular, it gained significant attention both domestically and internationally with the launch of monopolar radiofrequency medical device, '10THERMA', in October 2022.
‘10THERMA’ maximizes therapeutic effects with higher effective output compared to existing global devices. It was the first in Korea to incorporate impedance matching and outstanding cooling technology, securing high efficacy and safety, and significantly boosting treatment efficiency by increasing the tip size by 25%.
This year, TENTECH further proved its technological prowess by launching the next-generation HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) lifting device ‘10TRIPLE’. ‘10TRIPLE’, which advances the technology of existing devices, is equipped with three-line simultaneous irradiation and four handpieces, enabling faster and more precise procedures, and significantly improving convenience and utility in clinical settings.
Based on such innovative technology, TENTECH is accelerating its expansion into overseas markets. In addition to obtaining MDSAP certification, it has acquired medical device certifications from major countries, including the FDA (USA), ANVISA (Brazil), TGA (Australia), and CE MDR (Europe), aiming to secure a total of 63 certifications in 21 countries. Furthermore, it has established a robust global distribution network by expanding its exclusive global distribution partners to about 30 companies by the end of the year, and continues to expand this network.
