Title Tentech Signs Supply Agreement with Grande Spio for Aesthetic Devices, Accelerating Expansion into the Japanese Market
Tentech Co., Ltd. (CEO: Dong-ok Han, hereinafter referred to as Tentech), a company specializing in aesthetic medical devices, announced that it has signed a supply agreement with global medical device company Grande Spio for its flagship products, laying the foundation for its entry into the Japanese aesthetic medical market.

This agreement includes a collaboration with KAKINUMA Medical Inc., which owns Grande Spio's Japanese subsidiary.

Kakinuma Medical, a medical device distribution company headquartered in Tokyo, has been in business for 48 years. It boasts a network of hospitals and clinics across Japan and supplies a wide range of medical devices to plastic surgery, aesthetic surgery, and aesthetic dermatology practices.

Through this partnership, Tentech expects to leverage Kakinuma Medical's infrastructure to secure a distribution base for its entry into the Japanese market.

Tentec recently participated in IMCAS 2026, the world's largest aesthetic medicine conference, held in Paris, France, showcasing the technological prowess of Tentherma and Tenriple to the global market.

A Tentec representative stated, "This agreement is significant not only in terms of product supply but also in its entry into the core network of the Japanese aesthetic medicine market. We will use this as a bridgehead to further solidify our position in the Southeast Asian and European markets, as well as in Northeast Asia."

The company added, "Based on our recent achievements, including obtaining CE MDR certification in Europe, certifications in major Southeast Asian countries, and Class 2 medical device approval for our domestic '10Lux,' we will aggressively expand our global market share in 2026."
